Applicant: Please read the following conditions before submitting application
Walldorf Property Management, Inc. agrees to either approve or disapprove this application within three (3) working
days. A non-refundable application fee ($30.00 for the first applicant, $20 for each additional applicant and a $15.00 convenience fee) is payable at the time of the
submission of this application. Upon acceptance of the application, the Applicant shall have 72 hours (three
working days) to sign the Lease. The dwelling will not be removed from the rental market unless applicant has paid
the security deposit.
If Applicant fails to fulfill these conditions, this application will be deemed to have been withdrawn and Lessor or
Applicant will be under no obligation. However, if Applicant merely changes his/her mind about the unit after being
approved and does not execute a lease within 72 hours of approval, the deposit will be retained by Lessor as
liquidated damages.
For refunding purposes, all refunds will be made in the form of Walldorf Property Management, Inc. company
checks.
The deposit placed in the form of cash (the exact amount) or a money order will be refunded no sooner than 24
hours; the deposit placed in the form of a check will be refunded no sooner than 10 working days from date of
acceptance of check.
If the Applicant’s check is returned twice by his/her bank for insufficient funds, either for his/her deposit money or
later for his/her rent and/or any other payments to Walldorf Property Management, Inc., Applicant understands that
Walldorf Property Management, Inc. may, at its option, require all future payments to be made in the form of a Cashier’s Check or a Money Order.
Applicant understands that the giving of false information or tendering a bad check may at Lessor’s option breach
and void any subsequent lease. Notice in writing may be mailed to resident at leased premises or delivered to
resident in person.
Lessor’s failure to deliver possession of the premises at the time agreed upon, shall not subject Lessor to damages in
any amount whatsoever.
Applicant understands that this application is a part of the lease agreement. Applicant understands that an
employment verification will be made with the current and previous employers. Applicant gives permission to the
employer to release the details of applicant’s employment to Walldorf Property Management, Inc. As a part of
normal procedure for processing this application, an investigative consumer report may be obtained whereby
information is secured through interviews with persons with whom applicant is acquainted. This report, if obtained,
typically contains information as to applicant’s character, general reputation, personal characteristics, and mode of
living. Applicant has the right to make a written request within a reasonable period of time for a complete and
accurate disclosure of additional information concerning the nature and scope of this report. Applicant
understands that he/she may obtain this information by writing directly to Chattanooga Credit Bureau, Inc., who will
compile this report for a fee.
